We need to organise more general meetings, either formal or informal.

Anyone interested?

I live in Kimbolton (on Northampton. Bedford. Cambridgshire boarder). Happy to meet up especially to discuss forward thinking plans for our futures (and how to help our communities as things unfold).

Thoughts anyone?

Lets raise our heads before the shots start.

Sounds a good idea.

Has anyone done this on a local level yet? How did you do it? What sort of format would be best I wonder.

I'm thinking of getting that DVD 'The End of Surburbia'. Haven't watched it myself yet... wondering if I really want to or not!

It does seem to me that the ordinary person can make a difference by just talking these issues through - over coffee or wherever.

There are quite a few regional groups around the country, and of course, we have the regional forums to send out a call for other like minded people. Once you have a few of you together, it becomes easier to grow the group.

Pippa,

I grew up in Cambridgeshire, near St Ives. I occasionally come back to visit friends so let us know when you fix something up - I would like to come along.

Cheers, Ben
